Learning Reiki
During the Reiki I course, we discover...
๏ the story of Usui and Reiki
๏ the human energy field, including chakras and meridians
๏ how Reiki heals
๏ the importance of intention and how our thoughts and words create our reality
๏ how to protect and clear our energy fields
๏ the importance of a daily reiki self-healing discipline
๏ what energy stealing patterns of behaviour are, why we run them and how they affect our energy levels and well-being

๏ why Reiki is vital during these times of accelerated awakening

plus much more.
However, the best way to learn about Reiki is through experiencing the energies and clearings ourselves, so we quickly move into ways of doing this, including the use of pendulums, kinesiology, a powerful clearing meditation followed by the Reiki 1 attunement. Later we practice a self-healing session while learning more about the chakras and their properties, so you spend much of the day gaining practical experience.
During the Reiki 2 course...
we start with a self healing session, then a clearing mediation and go straight into the Reiki 2 attunement. You'll be introduced to three powerful and sacred Reiki symbols and you will learn how they enhance self healings and treatments, plus their many other uses. You'll also experience a 'hands on' treatment on a 'client' and will then experience both giving and receiving a Reiki distance treatment. Finally we cover the Hui Yin, which is a breathing technique used to empower the flow of Reiki energies, and required to pass attunements at the Reiki Master Teacher level.
