Children in Need Fund Fund Raising Raffle

Fundraiser for Crossroads Young Carers
18th July 2010
I will be involved in a fundraiser being run by one of my clients to raise money for the charity Crossroads Young Carers.
On Sunday 18th July, a music based fund raising day will be held at the Kewstoke Village Hall, Kewstoke (just outside Weston Super Mare) with the aim to raise funds to provide a day out for children who are giving up their childhood to give care to a family member who needs support due to disability or illness.
Please come along and show your support. There are over 60 raffle prizes up for grabs! It will be an excellent day with plenty of bands and entertainment.

I am so pleased I attended the Young Living European Convention. It was an a truely inspiring experience and I'll be going back next year. Personally meeting Gary Young, witnessing his integrity, compassion and complete dedication to developing powerful ways to assist people to return to health was awe-inspiring. I am a huge fan of the Young Living therapeutic grade essential oils and oil blends, supplements and treatments (Raindrop technique, Vita Flex and Neuricular Therapy), all of which Gary has personally developed.
I have used Young Living Essential Oils for a couple of years. However, I really became a fan when I witnessed my teacher and friend Dr. Susie Anthony return to the UK 90% recovered from a terminal illness after checking into Gary's natural healing centre in Ecuador for two months. The oils are now a part of my every day routine, my treatments and courses. The Young Living products have replaced my poisonous chemically-laden shampoos, conditioners, toothpaste, household cleaners, plus most importantly, my medicine cabinet contents, and I am healthier and happier for it. If any products you use contain sodium laureth sulfates, propylene glycol, or a host of other chemicals (just read the labels!), they are poisoning your body (for more information, visit website harmful chemicals). The reason these harmful chemicals are used is simply because they are cheap. Isn't it worth changing to household products which are made from natural plant-based substances for the sake of your family's and loved ones' health?
All of Young Living's products contain organic plant-sourced ingredients only and what it says on the label is what you get. If it says 100% Melissa oil, you get 100% Melissa oil. Some 'natural' products and essential oils on the market claim to contain 100% of the oil named on the label, but they can be adulterated or blended with a cheaper oil, which is why they cost less. The difference with Young Living is that Gary oversees the choice of soil, water, seeds, harvest time, distillation, packaging, storage, hygeine - every step of the production process and he ensures all are to the highest standards through his and his team's own tireless research and application. This is what makes these products the most effective in the world.
I love the chance to share the oils and products with someone who is ill, tired, in pain or just feeling off-colour; when they feel the immediate improvement in their condition, people come to understand how powerful and special these products are. Plus my mum swears by Theives oil blend and Thieves household cleaner and mum knows best! It took me a while to convince her to try them, but now she is their biggest fan!
We need authentic role models like Gary today, when profit is king, to teach us what integrity in business really means. I am so grateful I seized the chance to hear Gary share his knowledge and wisdom in Vienna. I encourage each of you to start using Young Living Essential Oils' products in your home and see what a difference they make, and I hope to see you at Convention in 2009.
I take this chance to write a huge thankyou to the UK team Melvin, John, Kevin, Matt and everyone else who was involved in organising the event. They did a fantastic job, the three days went off without a hitch and I know without their 24 hour dedication and focus, it would not have been such a success. The choice of venue was superb and their enthusiasm and energy were constantly evident - well done!

Day 2: Gary opening a full day of training on member's of the audience using Gary Young's therapeutic grade essential oils, oil blends and treatment techniques.
The venue, Eventhotel Pyramide. Apparently Vienna is known for being overcast 80% of the year, but we had sunshine on 2 out of the 3 days.
Gary trained all of us by treating member's of the audience who were suffering pain levels of 8 or higher out of 10, with great results.
I was a bit excited about meeting Gary!
